When ordering a spa service, please
securely ship your doll and/or parts in a sturdy box with adequate padding
materials because this same box and same materials will also be used to ship your doll back to you. There
will be an added charge for packing materials should they be required for safe
return shipment. |

Spa Services: I love what I do and
take great pride in my work. Therefore I stand behind my work 100%. If for
some reason you are unhappy with your spa service, please contact me
immediately upon receipt of your doll, so the situation can be rectified. |

Vintage Items: Unless the
item has been grossly misrepresented, all vintage
items are considered an |
"As Is Final Sale" and non-refundable. However, I do want you to be happy with your item. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me the day your item is received and I will be happy to work with you on a solution. If a return is determined to be in order, your item must be shipped back within 24 hours with insurance and a tracking number, and in the same condition as it was when it left Playpal Playhouse and Spa. Upon receipt of the item and when determined it is still in the condition it was, I will refund the purchase price immediately.
